Peak District

Our key market is undoubtedly groups of families, friends, walkers and adventure seekers who come to enjoy the Peak District National Park, on our properties doorstep.

The Peak District welcomes 13.25 million visitors every year. In line with the tourist board’s long-term strategy to increase overnight stays and visitor spend, the area saw a 13.5% increase in stays in 2018 with an extra 504,000 bed nights across the region.

Based in the centre of England, a key advantage for holiday lets in the Peak District is its close proximity to such major cities as Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby. An estimated 20 million people live within an hour's travel time.

The Bull’s Head

The Grade II listed aptly named "Bulls Head" is a well- known property in Chapel en le Frith. Formerly a famous public house, its history goes back to the 17th century.

This charming character house provides accommodation across 4 floors, plus a cellar for which we have exciting plans. Alongside its historical features and character, The Bulls Head stands out due to its impressive size at a whopping 218 square meters. Features include 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms/wc's, garden & private parking.

The combination of location, character and size make the Bulls Head the perfect choice for a luxury holiday let.

Lantern view was the first property we bought in our holiday let portfolio but still one of my favourites! It's close to where I live proving that deals can be found on your doorstep if you look for them. Set in the picturesque village of Hayfield, Lantern View has some spectacular views of Kinder and the surrounding hills. This is an incredibly popular area for walkers and cyclists who flock to this part of the Peak District to tackle the highest mountain in the area. Lantern view has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests.
